Jin Shin Jyutsu®

Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) is an ancient energy healing art which was rediscovered in Japan by Master Jiro Murai in the early 1900s. It was brought to the United States as a precious gift by Mary Burmeister. It is now offered in Bermuda, to you by Dr. Karen.  Dr. Karen is the only full time Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner in Bermuda.

Energy sites are held simultaneously until the tension or congestion is released.
One hand is then moved to another energy site, and along areas of the body where there is tension. The sequences of holds depends on the needs of you, the client.

What to Expect:
You will lie face up and fully clothed.  Dr. Karen uses light to medium touch on your body over particular energy sites called Safety Energy Locks.  These energy sites are locates along very specific energy pathways.
You will experience peace and quiet, balance and harmony.  When you let go, you are able to enter a state of tranquility like no other!

JSJ greatly reduces stress and the effects of stress, allowing deep healing to take place.

This is a wonderful way to balance your chakras!

Jin Shin Jyutsu is valuable complement to any conventional healing method. For clients receiving psychotherapy, Jin Shin energy balancing is very effective as an adjunct therapy for clients that are 'stuck' and having difficulty moving forward in their therapy sessions and life.
